가속도계 마운트 방법

최적의 장착 배열을 선택하면 정확도가 크게 향상됩니다.

특히 고주파에서 최상의 성능을 얻으려면 가속도계 베이스와 테스트 대상이 깨끗하고 평평하며 매끄럽고 긁히지 않고 버가 없어야 합니다. 

평탄도 복원을 위해 긁힌 가속도계 베이스를 래핑 플레이트에 적용할 수 있습니다. 래핑이 불가능한 경우 연삭, 스폿 페이싱, 밀링, 선삭 등과 같은 다른 가공 공정을 통해 허용 가능한 평평한 장착 표면을 생성할 수 있습니다. 

센서와 진동원 사이에 기계적 연결을 견고하게 하는 것도 중요합니다. 판금 또는 플라스틱 부품 및 기타 얇고 유연한 부품은 가속도계 장착에 적합하지 않습니다.

대칭형 장착으로 원치 않는 센서 진동으로 인한 오류를 줄일 수 있습니다. 모든 장착 부품을 포함한 센서의 무게는 테스트 대상의 무게에 비해 낮아야 합니다. 일반적으로 센서의 무게는 테스트 대상의 10%를 넘지 않아야 합니다.

특히 큰 크기의 가로 진동이 발생하는 경우 센서 축과 측정 방향의 오정렬은 가능한 한 낮게 유지되어야 합니다. 나사 장착 시 나사가 나사 구멍보다 길지 않은지 확인하십시오. 센서 아래에 틈이 없어야 합니다.

가속도계에는 다음과 같은 장착 방법이 권장됩니다. 

• 스터드 볼트, 절연 플랜지 또는 접착 패드를 사용한 스터드 장착
• 마그네틱 베이스
• 밀랍, 시아노아크릴레이트(예: 젤 같은 Loctite 454) 또는 에폭시 접착제로 접착제
• 3개의 단축 가속도계로 3축 측정을 위한 마운팅 큐브
• 손 압력에 의한 가속도계 프로브
• 이동식 프로브 팁이 있는 가속도계

Metra 가속도계는 장착 나사 크기가 M3, M5, M8 및 M10일 수 있습니다.
